Firm Profile

Bayshore Property Management Inc. (BPM) has been in business since 1983. We currently manage a diverse portfolio in South Central Ontario in excess of 5,000 units. Our clients include condominium corporations, non-profit housing corporations, residential properties and commercial facilities. We strive to provide a personal approach to service excellence. Our team is multi-faceted and our management approach includes the pooling of resources and expertise to provide a set of comprehensive real estate service. Whether its operations, financial reporting, tenant and resident relations, this comprehensive approach provides a platform for efficiency, accountability and performance.

Our People

We have some of the most competent and capable property managers and administrative staff in the industry. In order to provide excellent service to our clients we constantly re-invest in our people. This is more than a statement - it is a corporate value. Without continuous education we could not stay on top of industry trends and provide the level of service our clients expect. Our current property management roster collectively has over 100 years of experience.
