GOVERNMENT AND BOARD REPORTING:
Complete and efficient reporting to all government officials and offices on the prescribed forms as required and representation at the Board of Directors meeting to give a full and detailed report on the: financial status, tenant status, unit and maintenance report, government reports.
MAINTENANCE SERVICES:
To arrange for such services as may be required by the project, manage tenant maintenance requests and to develop the following:
- preventative maintenance plan
- routine maintenance schedule
- fire escape and preventative measures plan
- reserve fund plan for capital expenditures
- to attempt to reduce the maintenance costs for labour and supplies through bulk purchasing power
- to negotiate contracts for snow removal
- landscaping
- on site personnel, etc.
ADMINISTRATIVE
To provide the services of the Executive Property Manager including the following:
- creating a marketing plan to advertise and promote the project
- tenant and public relations
- providing annual budgets for review and acceptance by the Board of Directors
- all administrative filing, reporting and documentation
- to arrange other services as may be required by the Board of Directors for the project.
